does anyone know the dates of this year's yr 6 SATS please

trying to book long weekend, want to go after the sats but before the high school visits

and before you flame me about taking children out of school I have very restrictive holidays at work, cannot go away during hols this year at all but would like to have a weekend in London with the DCs

oo and when are the level 6 papers done -are they the same time?

w/c 13 May. Level 6 tests for Maths on the Thurs pm (when they'll all be knackered - great!). Not sure about L6 Eng, but I am sure same week.

Monday 13th - Thurs !6th May
Monday Reading levels 3-5 and level 6
Tuesday new Grammar Punctuation & Spelling tests 3-5 & 6 levels
Wednesday Mental Maths and Maths A level 3-5
Thursday Maths B 3-5 and papers 1 & 2 level 6

Oh great, that means DD will have 1 week SATs followed by 1 week residential trip.

By Half Term she'll be exhausted, sleep deprived and not worth living with!

If children are taking the level 6 tests they will have the 3-5 test in the morning and level 6 in the afternoon (at least that is the recommendation).
