NFER Results in Year 4 - What do they actually mean?

My DC has recently sat NFER tests in Year 4 (Sept).
Does anyone generally know what the results mean?
We are in a Grammar area and I would be interested to know if the results at Year 4 are an accurate predictor for exams / grades as they get older. Eg 11+, GCSE grades etc

Can anyone direct me to any analysis that has been done?
Thank you

Found this:

www.gl-assessment.co.uk/products/cat-cognitive-abilities-test/performance-indicators

Any other info would be great!

They don't mean much in my experience. Ds got lowest NFER in the class in year 4, but ended up with the highest grammar results, passed 5 grammar exams and scored maximum possible points in two of them and in the top 2% for the other 3.
