We're looking to buy a house on Wilton Road, which is in the catchment area for Coldfall.
There is a block of dilapidated flats nearby called Wilton Court. Can anyone advise if there are any problems with the block (looks very rundown, ripe for development!) and if there are any issues with residents I need to worry about?!
