Hello! I'm planning to move to Harpenden in a couple of months, depending on how quickly I find a house to rent. I have two boys aged 4 and 2. The most important thing is to find a good school for my 4 yr old son. I am quite stressed as I don't know how he will adapt to the new school, if he is going to like the area, etc. At the moment, he is attending a very good school in Broxbourne. He loves going to school. He's learnt a lot since September. I would like a similar school in Harpenden. I had a look at Hertfordshire vacancies and there are places at H. Free School, Lea, Manland, Sauncey and Wood End. I have read the Ofsted reports and explored the schools' websites. I will also visit some of these schools shortly. However, I would appreciate any comments from you (schools, life in Harpenden, opportunities for children, etc). Thanks a lot!!!
