Book Bands and Lexile measures

Does anyone know how these compare? I know DD's book band but not Lexile and I've found some books I would like to order, but they are offered with Lexiles only.

There isn't a direct comparison. Lexile measures are obtained for individual children using the Progress in English test which would then generate a range of books suitable for each child based on their score.
