I've just had to return my DD's very cute jersey M&S pinafores - they bobbled terribly after two washes. Goodness knows how they would gave looked by half term!

Not jersey but pinnies in sainsbury had pockets this year. Ruddy marvellous.
They do shrink, suggest buying next size up for later in year

Thanks all. Will investigate. DD came home with a tissue attached to her hair slide yesterday. Quite inventive for a 4yo but not something I'd wish her to make a habit of!

Next do jersey skirts with pockets, dont know how much they are but Dd3 has had hers for nearly a year and hardly any bobblesSmile

If she wears a cardigan, you can teach her to put her handkerchief in the sleeve. Not brilliant, but better than in her hair.

These cardigans have pockets

M&S have cotton rich cardigans with pockets as well.
