Does anyone have these ort links?

I am looking for the one that puts all the individual books from ort stages into colour bands and the one that has which stage for age and nc level.

I had them all saved on my old phone for reference and my phone died. Not useful.

I found the ones that puts them in colour bands but the others will be useful.
