Bump on the head letter....what does your school do?

Got one of these home for my reception DS yesterday advising me to keep an eye for drowsiness etc. Glad they told me - and he had a sticker which DS inordinately proud of, especially as it happened due to a little girl running into him HmmGrin
My prob is I dunno what time it happened...it doesn't say.
Is that normal?

DS has been at school for week and a half and I've had 5 of these Sad.
They tell me what time the incident happened, rough details (fell in playground, fell off chair, bumped head etc) and the time hat it happened as well as what they did, eg cold-pack, had a sit down in the quiet area. The extra detail does help to work out how close and eye you need to keep on them after school - maybe you could ask for more details? Hope he's ok.
