This is my first question so I hope I doing this right. The time has come for us to pick a good school for our DS. We live in the catchment of Millbank Primary but are open to making an investment of moving to a new area and are considering Fitzjohn's and New End in Hampstead.
But before we uproot ourselves I want to check if our views of Millbank Primary have been coloured by the views of a neighbour who chose to not send their DD to it this year because:
- They found mothers to be not very friendly ("there were cliques which were not open to all")
- Too many students with EOSL (I am not too bothered by this, I am one of those myself ;-) )
- Too many students on FSM ("Fewer parents who care about childrens' education" I think opposite but may be wrong)
I should be very grateful if you have a personal experience of sending your DS/DD to Millbank in recent years or know someone personally who does.
