BBC Learning has a nice website for primary age children here: www.bbc.co.uk/schools/primarylanguages/spanish/

This may depend on the age of your child - but there is a video programme mi vida loca by the BBC as well - I'd recommend viewing this and deciding if your happy with the content first: www.bbc.co.uk/languages/spanish/mividaloca/

Don't know about Spanish CDs but my kids have been playing a fab new app to learn Spanish. It uses game and song. Each game includes a bunch of nouns and the music from the song covers the verbs. Very clever. My kids are totally addicted. It seems you can get updates with new nouns and verbs for 69p, they reckon a total of 6 apps and the very basics are covered. Marvellous! The app is called 'Easy Spanish', it's got a picture if a Tom cat on it, orange back ground.
