Blazer question in summer

My ds is starting a private school tomorrow where a blazer is part of their uniform. I was just wondering, as it's so hot now, is he expected to wear a blazer to school, or just his white shirt and a pair of shorts?

Ds has to wear his going into and out of the school.

They wear their blazer unless told not to, so it must always be worn into school

Wear it. DD is expected to have hers in school every day.

As above!!!

Ds has to wear his thick wool blazer and his jumper. I was a bit Shock at this edict. He can take the jumper off at school but has to wear his blazer when he is going to lessons.

At my daughters prep the blazer is optional for p1 and p2.

Thanks. I was just going to send him in his shirt and trousers!

Did someone say he has to wear his jumper as well???

I am sure he will be allowed to take them off. Just put them on his peg so he has them there if everyone else is wearing theirs.

DS has to wear shorts, short sleeve shirt then the blazer just to go into school. They take them off straight away. The jumper is winter uniform for us.
