Anyone else had problems with Trutex order?

I ordered a sweatshirt for my son but 6 weeks later order still hasn't arrived.

Everytime I call them they just tell me we have a problems with supplier, we don't know when it's coming etc.

Surely even if it's coming from China it shouldn't take such a long time.

If only I could get it from some other place. These people are wasting my time.

yes, our local supplier had no uniform because they were waiting for Trutex.

I thought they had gone bust
