Packed Lunches

Does anyone have any recommendations for useful receipe books for children's packed lunches? There seem to be so many on the market and I need inspiration for my very fussy son. He is sometimes more willing to eat something if he sees it in a book first and its not just my creation!

Not the Annabel Karmel book, unless you want to feel inadequate looking at glossy haired mum who has time to carve carrots into little stars, and glossy haired children who will happily eat such carrots...
