We have moved out of UK but thought instead of wasting our DD's place at a great london school, we could see if someone else could benefit from it.

It is Redcliffe school. get in touch with me on [email protected] if you want us to refer you. We saw almost all schools in west london and this is one of the best.

Reception class. Preferably girl. Starts Sep-2012.

Um, won't the LEA have the waiting list if state school? Or the school itself if private?

Given that London is 100s of reception places short, it won't be left empty.

I'm sure the school has a waiting list. The school place is not yours to 'sell'. If the school neded that much help to fill places I would imagine it to be in trouble!

According to GSG, it's a small private school with fees of over £12k pa.

coffeeandwine - doubt it. For London schools the deposit/terms fees are a sunk cost, whether or not the place is refilled.

Actually this place was filled immediately off wait list- Redcliffe is absolutely fab- such a nice place well intentioned and very happy parent who was sad to leave such an amazing school. A really great and supportive place for the lucky children who attend.
