Tescos uniform service

Anyone else having trouble with tescos uniform embroidery service. I ordered my son his jumpers mid June and still no sign of them. Phoned twice and been told they are being dispatched soon and still nothing. Getting very annoyed as I didn't leave it to the last minute for this very reason

Anyone out there actually had theirs yet?

Yes, I ordered late June or early July (later than you anyway) and they arrived last week, no problems, all fine. Sorry.

Bit late but - I have had some trouble too! Ordered mine early July and it said 14 days, but then I didn't hear anything until an email on 13th August saying it was on its way.

Then of course it turned up just when we were away, and apparently the courier service they use will try to deliver 3 times (but on consecutive days, in our case - so we were still away each time...) and then send the stuff back to Tesco's, so no chance to collect it from a depot.

So ours has been sent back there, and I've been on the phone to try and sort it out - at first they said it would be up to another 14 days to get it sent, even though it's already been embroidered and must be sitting there in a parcel somewhere Shock but I pointed out how long ago I'd ordered it and that it wouldn't have been an issue if it had originally been sent within the 14 days - and that DS starts school in exactly 14 days so we need it before then!

They have now promised to try and prioritise resending it, and I'm to phone again if I don't hear anything within a few days.... fingers crossed, as DS is very excited about school but will be disappointed if he can't wear his "proper" uniform (luckily the embroidered stuff is not compulsory so I have got him a few plain ones as spares - but he won't have his bookbag etc if it doesn't arrive in time). So watch this space...
