I would like to share our great news that we won our sons appeal based on class size in reception. Our application was a day late, I had assumed the application deadline was the same as prior years, mid feb. as it happens ours arrived the day after the deadline. More importantly yes the chances are slim but you can win!! It is possible. I only read about failed appeals prior to ours and was very discouraging.
Good luck to everyone who maybe experiencing an appeal. It's such a difficult time but it can be made right with faith.
