I don't know whether anyone can help me. My dd is going to start yr3 in sept currently she stays 3 days with my sister as i am not well enough to look after her she did not get a place near her house so therefor I have no one to help me. Is it possible to change my dd address to my sisters as she is there most school days in the week? If I can how do I do it? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

I don't know if you need to do it, but if you want to, just tell the school. And tell them why. That way, they'd know that you haven't just both moved house.

Are you wanting to change your dd's address to move her up the waiting list of the school closer to your sisters? Or is it that the school is closer to your sister's house?

Are you living with your sister?

If you change your dd's address to be with your sister and you're not there, I don't know whether you're going to run into where she is considered to be fostering. In our area they were talking about monitoring private fostering even when it's family. I don't know whether this went through, but you'd do well to check first.
