What does POTS stand for?

I was reading a thread a few weeks back where someone mentioned POTS as a good method for children to use to check their work if they struggle with Literacy. Think the P stood for punctuation and the S for spelling, not sure what the others were. Please can someone help with the other two? Thanks.

Well, thinking of VCOP - vocabulary, connectives, openers and punctuation - it's probably not a million miles away.

So, P = punctuation
O = openers
T = ?
S = spelling.

Thanks Iamnot, I'm trying to find ways to help my DS get to grips with his Literacy. Will look at VCOP too now
