DD's report has got excellent comments for her writing, states what excellent progress she has made but has only gone up 1 sub level so did they
a) get it wrong last year
b) mark her wrong
c) overstate the comments to make her sound better than she is
d) not explain that because she made a full level up last year then she probably wouldn't show much improvement this year
