Levels, do schools have to give them

We are taking our child out of school at the end of term. She is y3 and I think that levels are only reported at y2 and y6.
Are the school obliged to give them to me if I request them. Obviously, I want to do this before she leaves and haven't had the report yet.

you can request the information that the school holds about your child as a data protection request I think. anyway the cost is not more that £1 for the first 20 sheets and £1 thereafter per ten sheets. why I remembered that information and not the the name of it I do not know! Blush
