When are the English KS2 SATS published?

They occupied such vast swathes of oyr Y6 DC, thus our, lives, surely we have, between us, some idea when they find out whether life is giving them a big tick or not? .

Schools have papers back this week and what level each total equated to next week.

I found an earlier thread that says 'about July 10-11th'.

Guess that sounds about right?

I am keen to get DS2's as it will help me decide if I need to go and talk to his secondary's SENCO or not. I am keen not to 'label' him unnecessarily, in that if he is 'average' which is what his private tutor's assessment more or less told us last week, and he gets 4's in his SATS, that's fine; but if there's a discrepancy, like he gets a 3 for Literacy (where he got, fwiw, 'age 11.0' for spellings, comprehension, 10.9 for writing and 12.4 for reading: he's actually 11.1- at his tutor's) I may need to flag it with the secondary, a school with an intake of 280!
