Phonics testing... 2 columns for results on sheet. Teachers do we do test twice

quick question as a school admin putting these on to the SIMS for the LEA (and being told they have to be with LEA for 22nd June, but just read on another thread don't need to be done until 29th June!) I have noticed that there are two columns on the score sheet, one labelled re check. Do any of the teachers know if we should be doing these once with the class teacher and once again with someone else, or is that column left blank. I have input what the teacher has given me so far, and all the boxes went red/pink which means there is a problem. Our year 1 teacher didn't have a clue and neither did the head. I hoped the wonderful teachers on MN might know the answer our LEA help desk is not helpful at all, when you eventually get through.

The HDF will be available in the phonics section of NCA tools from Monday 18 June 2012 and must be submitted by Friday 29 June 2012.

Schools will be expected to provide extra help and children will then be able to re-take the assessment in Year 2.
