At private school in maidenhead that my daughter (Yr3) was at 7 months ago the teacher told me that my child found maths 'a bit tricky'.... for a number of reasons I took her out of that school and she is very very happily settled in a new (private) school where should took a maths test (among others) and achieved an amazing result .. not just above average, but higher even. I was soo happy for my daughter, but very mad at the first school for getting her soo wrong. There are other children in that first school who could also be being totally misrepresented... Isnt that just awful.... The first school wont thanl me for getting in touch, and I dont want to be seen to be promoting my daughter.. but something is surely very wrong at that first school.

I'd leave well alone. Any school worth its salt knows how good its teachers are and if they endorse this one, then they are the poor school you took them for.

You will not be telling them anything they did not already know, seriously.

Concentrate on your DD's happier future Smile
