moving to boscombe

hi im moving to boscombe in four weeks time due to my husbands job i have five children with four of them needing to go to school two boys that need primary and two girls that need secondary can any one recommend good schools

Where abouts in boscombe, it's a big place :)

Avonbourne for the girls, a good school with some great staff.

Harder for the boys !! Portchester is next to Avonbourne but can be a bit dodgy.

Avoid Winton, Glenmoor and Bishop of Winchester.

St Peters RC does well. Are you Catholic ?? Might be tough getting all 4 in there though.

we,re not catholic so that is out but ill have a look into avonbourne have you heard anything about the Bourne academy?

New and sparkly like all new academies. Jury is still out on its long term prospects.
