I think it was about 6 months ago. It followed about 6 children at primary school. Their parents got to see how they behaved in class and were really shocked.
If you remember it, please let me know what it was called. Thanks. Smile

Yes, I remember watching it but can't remember the name. I'm pretty sure it was on BBC as I think I watched it on the iplayer - I'll have a think and see if the name comes to me. Might it have been Panorama or similar?

That is worrying, but not supprising. I don't know how teachers do what they do. It seems like such an impossible task. I'm finding it hard enough home educating just one child with SEN's.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a copy of the bbc classroom secrets prog?

mummyloveslucy · 15/06/2012 21:00

I've been trying to find it on youtube, but I don't think it's there.

I would recommend teachers' tv but Gove has closed it, with no replacement.

After public outcry, they archived the videos. Check here as you might find something useful.

i loved teachers tv (not a teacher) some of the programmes were fantastic for parents and anyone who worked with children, not just teachers.

hope it comes back

Thanks for the suggestions. I am looking through the various websites that Juniper kindly linked but not had any luck so far.....If anyone else finds it, please let me know!

mll, it is much easier to work in a team with other people's children than it is to manage your own child 1:1. Don't be too hard on yourself.

Thank you bigTillyMint. Smile
