Primary in OX - Middleton Cheney or Chacombe?

Hi all
anybody has views on these schools (either)?
Moving to the area in July and have to apply for a school place now. We live rather far away, don't know anybody so no chance to talk to locals. Have visited both schools, read Ofsted reports etc etc but would appreciate some personal views - good or/and bad.
Thank you

Hello I grew up in Middleton Cheney and went to the primary and I loved it. I know this doesnt really help you as we're talking 30 years ago! I have moved away from the area now but my parents still live in the village and their neighbours kids go to the primary and they love it. From what I remember when I was at primary Chacombe was a very small school, it
is a much smaller village. MC is one of the larger villages in the area but the school is still only 1 form entry I think. Its a lovely area and MC is a lovely village!

Sorry not overly helpful. Hopefully someone else will be able to give you a more recent view!!
