hello everyone
i have posted lots on the appeal topic already so thanks for all the help i have received.
Our panel is tmw - basically, the local MP advised us to just go for it due to our sons medical condition (which we had not submitted previosuly)- he said the balance of prejudice to him not being allowed in outweighed the balance of prejudice to school in accepting him etc etc- we sent the letter off then went on hols. came home and researched it further and mumsnetters explained that as its ICS balance of prejudice does not apply. (as a school governor am guessing mp new that but nevermind!
) so our statement tmw is all same facts about our son but arguing that not to admit him would be perverse.
is it a problem that we have changed tack? should we tell them tmw? am pretty worried now.
