Try reposting in Home Ed and I am sure you will get pointed in the right direction. Though from the very little I know you create your own work.

You teach them whatever you want to.

You don't have to follow any curriculum.

Veritythebrave - bit of a long story really but to get to the point , my daughter is 3 and attending the nursery attached to a school but she has been refused a reception place , we are appealing , but I never looked at hs and I feel I would love to try it but don't know how to go about it and don't want to let my ds down. Any advise would be greatly received ,thanks

There are a couple of local home ed groups to you that I know of - SCANS-HEAG (South Cheshire and North Staffs Home Ed Activity Group) and www.homeeducationstaffordshire.co.uk/, and a Stoke one that I can't remember the name of. I haven't been to any of them so can't vouch for them, but investigated a little as am planning to HE my DS (when he's older). Will say that apparently (from what I've been told) Stoke LA are a bit... well, they have ideas above their station, shall we say, and try to mislead people about their rights, so you might want to read up on your rights and the law.

Try asking/researching the downsides of HS as well.
