The big question is whether your appeals are under infant class size rules. If they are you should only win if you can show that a mistake has been made and your son should have been admitted. If there was no mistake you are unlikely to win but don't give up. Things sometimes emerge during the hearing.

If it is not an ICS appeal you stand a better chance. You should concentrate on why this is the right school for your son. Don't be negative about the offered school. That won't help and may actually hinder your appeal. Talk about anything the appeal school offers that is particularly appropriate for your son. And remember that things like transport and childcare difficulties are unlikely to win an appeal as they are about your convenience, not your child's needs.
