hey all... dont know if you remember my story but basically my year one son has had certain issues at school ... teacher says hes very bright but query dyslexic.. i had some issues with the school ... reading books not being changed... son not being read with so had two meetings with class teacher and one with senco... they put into place a sort of informal iep and i was happy with that.
however.. after a couple of months of fulfilling this the time is lapsing with the book being changed and things again...
also i tried to play the magic cauldron board game with him tonight and realised he has very little basic math skills.... no concept of counting on... and struggling to count on his fingers as well.... almost as though motor skill wise he struggles to hold different fingers up - anyone got any opinions on this ?
anyway.. i just dont know what to do now
senco said theyre keeping an eye on it all but i just dont know if the school is any good.... they dont seem to get much done ?! hes not sure what a take away sign is .... a few weeks from the end of year one ?? and he is a bright boy..
any help MASSIVELY appreciated

I have written lots about what you can do on my website

But, basically you have to find out why he is struggling and fix it.

You have to stop thinking of it as an educational issue - it isn't. It's a medical problem. And that's why school can't help.

But you can. You can achieve miracles.

:)

I'll update that page.

The Omega Vegepa comes in a Chewable version as well.

Sorry, the multivitamin should have linked to this one.

You're looking for any multivitamin that contains all the normal things + B6 and B12. And no sweeteners.

Almost all of the children's vitamins contain sweeteners :(
