Just very quickly - what does 'middle green' level mean?

My best guess at this would be that they are using reading recovery levels. Green book band is Reading recovery levels 12, 13 and 14 so I would guess they are on level 13. Only a guess tho.

Hmm I'd have thought it meant they were half way through level 5 (green level) depending on how it was said and how old the child is?
