Private schools and learning difficulties - recommendations?

My 5 year old son has some underlying learning difficulties which are currently being assessed (possible ADD, dyspraxia etc). He is currently in a highly academic private school, but it is too demanding for him. Can anybody recommend any great private schools that are happy to accommodate children with learning difficulties? He is also an August boy, so although some of you may say that the state sector may be better, he is able to repeat the year if he stays private, which is not possible in the public sect (I've tried).

This is my first time using this forum so any replies would be great fully received!

:)

You might want to say roughly where you live...
