Hi... Anyone know what the catchment distance was (on offer day)? I live close, but in haringey.. Thinking of popping dd on the waiting list seeing as haringey has no school offer for us :-(
Just wanted to know if we would stand a chance. Thanks

No idea, but Barnet LEA is really short of school places this year too and over 100 children in the borough do not have a place: I therefore think an out of borough application might not be successful, never mind where the catchment areas are. DD's infant school alone, which was usually the one where the kids who didn't have a place got allocated, had around 80 applicants this year!

Ahhh. Wow it's really tough this year... Thanks for the information... I will probably ring Barnet Admissions on Monday to see what the state of play is.. I think we are about .85 miles so probably little chance there then... I know of quite a few mum's who had Colfall and Coppetts.
Unfortunately there is no priority on waiting lists for kids without schools.... And from what you say Barnet is also short of places... The Government really need to look at this!!

Coppetts wood took an extra year group this year so the reception has 60 places
