ICS appeal - which School Admission Code to use?

DD just missed out on a place at the primary attached to her nursery. She was 2nd on the waiting list, then 3rd, then 5th (so I have stopped asking now!).

I want to check that the Local Authority admission arrangements comply with the School Admissions Code but don't know which version I should be checking against.

Can anyone help?

The 2010 Admissions Code applies to this year's admissions. If you want an opinion, tell us the LA/school involved and the experts on here will take a look. Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post the information publicly.
