What time is evening? I'm going to chewing my fingers off all bloody day. Why can't they just pit them up in the fecking morning and be done with it [sigh]

They do it in the evening so they can all nip off to the pub before facing the deluge of enquiries the next morning! Where we are it is always on a Friday evening, gives people a chance to calm down over the weekend, moan on mumsnet and come up with some rational alternatives. This is just my little image of them, not evidenced based!
