How long does it stay on display/ anywhere in your home after your DC has brought it home from school?

My honest answer is I make a big fuss, put them on a shelf somewhere and after about a month, I ask myself "normal rubbish or recycling bin?"!

I do keep the odd thing for posterity though (mother's day cards mainly)

My daughter is 22 and I still have two paintings she did in nursery framed on the wall Smile

My tip is - one in, one out!

Otherwise you end up with a loft full by the time your child is in their 20s and there is no-way you can get rid of them then............. this is from experience.

I keep ds's best stuff and I'm currently considering getting some of it framed if I can persuade his school to return them (sore point).
