Complaining about a school

If i wanted to complain about my childs school after various attempts to resolve issues with them regarding my childs education had failed and a school move is not possible how do i go about it please? and who do i complain to?

You can write to the chair of the board of governors. What's the problem?

Head, Board of Governors, LA, Councillor. Not sure you'll make the relationship any easier though.

Your school should be able to provide you with details of their complaints procedure. Otherwise contact your LA and ask them to provide you with details.

Governors in the first instance, but they are rarely supportive in my experience.

I would go to the local authority's education dept.
