Opinions and advice please for 7 and 8yr old girls. Do you use either of these? Which is best?

Thanks in advance

Hi My (just) 9 year old DCs (b/g) love Mathletics. They spend hours on it and are at different levels of ability and it suits them both. I think it's very good.

Have no experience of Mathsfactor.

I use www.arcademicskillbuilders.com/ quite a lot with my class- they love being able to compete against one another!

My dd2 uses mathletics too - the whole school are signed up. She really likes it. No experience of the other one though.

THey are completely different programmes and not comparable.

Maths factor focuses on one area, you sign up to a specific task.
Mathletics covers the whole curriculum but you need to ensure that your child uses the revision tools to learn how to do certain topics.

Of the two I would opt for Mathletics, there are lots of variety of different things on the site

DD's school uses Manga High, and she loves doing the homework. She's 9/yr4, but I think they use it from yr3.
