DD in Foundation is doing alright, sits down, listens, knows a few numbers, etc.
So a term and a half in, a few mums have been helping out and realised that my DD is having a few, just a few more boxes ticked and it got em rattled.

They want to know my secret, what shall I tell them?

Tell them you bribe her with treats - a sip of daddy's beer, half an hour playing COD on Xbox, that sort of thing. :o

That's a quote from BodyExperience, she's been hot housing her own daughter, not mine, although maybe it's her that been slipping Biff & Chip through the school fence like a McD's Happy Meal to my innocent child.

I should probably add that we didn't flee the country to get rid of her, it was just a pleasant coincidence.

Here at the Scaffold mansion we favour benign neglect and iplayer.
One local opinion claims it is due to our lack of a 'proper' television.

It was just a random convo about competitive parenting. I picked up a stalker in yr r who went to the extremes of getting crb checked to make sure no-one was outperforming her ds.

She would sidle up to me in the playground and speak in hushed tones, glancing around to make sure no-one was listening, and ask pointed questions about my evening routine...
