eg no of SEN or free school meals etc, compared to national average.
we have chosen and will send off the form in next couple of days but just wondering about this stuff now....we have basically gone on the schools ofsted, gut feeling and local reputation. anything else i should check at this late stage??

Thanks!

I don't think there is anywhere (not that I've found anyway - and I have looked).

Only place i found this info was on the ofsted report and that's quite vague really - ie just makes a reference to being above or below average.

I also would be interested if there is anywhere to find these stats.

www.education.gov.uk/schools/performance/

just put in your postcode and select the schools you want to look at - so you can compare local schools and it gives you national averages too.

hope that helps
