Catholic schools - what to expect?

I am going to be supply teaching at a Catholic school and was looking for help on what to expect with regards to the amount and frequency of prayer/acts of worship.
Can anyone enlighten me please?

I'm sure they all vary. We used to do prayer first thing in the morning (in classroom) prayer in lunch hall before eating, prayer at the end of the day. All prayers start and finish with making the sign of the cross. Assembly every day. Regular visits with whole school to church. "Where I Am" (I think ... or something like that) RE scheme.
