Section 48 Report not given to parents

My ds is at a catholic school and they have not given the parents the relgious inspection report, they just wrote a letter saying it was similar to ofsted which was satisfactory. I thought schools had to issue reports.

We weren't given the OFSTED report last time. The children got a letter from the Inspector though, and there was a letter from school with the outcome and Ofsted's website address. Nowadays they would probably put it on their own website but it wasn't up and running then.

I think they have to provide a copy if you ask, but have no idea about religious inspection reports.
