Hi, Does anyone have their children at Newberries school? Are your children happy and are you happy with the school and the year group your child is in? Any views on any aspect of this school much appreciated.

By reputation, it's v good. If you can actually afford to live in the catchment you've got a big headstart in life anyway. :)

Loads of the kids seem to go private at secondary, unsurprisingly.

There are two great primary schools, Newberries is one, my daughter is at the other. The local reputation is excellent and I have friends whose children go who are extremely happy there.

Its a very middle class school, appealing most to parents who want a state school on par with an independent. There is a small cliche of parents who would prefer only children of a specific area of Radlett to attend but overall it is a friendly welcoming school.

Parking however at the school is horrific!
