Ofsted site shows the school is 'satisfactory', however, some say it is rated 'outstanding'. Anyone knows the school? What is the correct Ofsted rating?

I am looking at a property near Boston Manor tube and St Mark's is the nearest school apparently.

who says it is rated outstanding?

I know of it, it isn't a church school, despite the name.

If the most recent report on the ofsted website says satisfactory then that is what it is. If previous reports say outstanding then its had quite a drop. When you say 'some say' do you mean some websites or some people?

Also, remember ofsted reports dont always mean anything. I did a placement in a school rated good where students were used as supply, behaviour was terrible, my class teacher (assistant) constantly left me (only a second year) alone with the children with no lesson (because she was meant be teaching but had wandered off) and I watched lessons of hers where she left children sitting waiting for the bell for 15 MINUTES! because she didnt have any more work for them.

If you look on the Ealing council website, it will give you the exact catchment that you are in. Most primaries in Ealing are oversubscribed, so you will probably get the school that you are in the catchment for.

This link should take you straight to the catchment checker:

Check on school catchment - I agree that near Boston Manor Tube is probably Fielding, could also possibly be Oaklands.
Only way to really know what a school's like and to know if you like the feel of it is to visit it. Fielding has an outstanding Ofsted rating, St Marks has satisfactory. However, I would add that I know several children who go to St Marks and their parents are very happy with it.
