I have just been to the open morning for St Georges and am thinking of sending my three year old next august.

Has anyone any experience of this school (good or bad) they would like to share? or alternatively on Mary Erskines which we also looked at?

DD has been at ME for 3+ years and loves it there. We visited these 2 schools plus a couple more co-ed and for some reason just didn't like SG. May have been because they were in a bit of a transition phase with headteachers. She loved ME and because she loves music it seemed a great choice as they have a fab reputation for music. We also liked the welcoming atmosphere that we got unlike some other schools. To be honest it really depends on your child and their personality & interests, what suits one child may not necessarily suit another. Go with what you think suits best, only you know your child. Remember there is competition for places so keep your options open!

thanks crazy carol. Did you start your daughter in the nursery or did you wait a while longer?
