I've posted before and received lots of good advice regarding if I have grounds to make a primary school appeal. I am now in the process of trying gather info to help me make a case.
Have asked Essex Admissions a number of questions - including roll number, class sizes etc. This was over 2 weeks ago and I sent a polite email at the end of last week asking when the info may be ready and I was told they were waiting for the school to provide the figures to them.
The trouble is, I have now come up with a load more questions I would like to ask - net capacity, number of appeals in recent years, size of classrooms etc and I don't know whether I should wait for replies to my first request or just plough in with more???
I know they have to answer any reasonable request for information concerning an appeal but is there a limit? And how long can they make me wait?
I"ll probably still have a few questions, once I get everything answered because my situation is mainly going to be about numbers -it's quite unusual because the year group is under the PAN but the school don"t want to admit any more children.
Is this reasonable to you think?
Thanks
