Reading - Rigby Star

Can anyone tell me at what age a child would normally be to read Red Level independent Rigby Star books? Does anyone know how many levels there are and where they start?

They start at lilac level (wordless) pink red yellow blue green orange turquoise purple gold white lime brown grey blue red

So they should expect to have gone through each level by what age?

I would expect most 4-5 year olds to be reading red level books

pink red yellow & blue age 4-5

blue green orange age 5-6
turquiose purple gold white lime age 6-7
