These are the Assessing Pupil Profile targets for level two.
You would need at least 3 pieces of evidence before you could say a child has achieved one of the points, preferably more.
If they passed the SATS paper, but didn't make progress in the other areas, then awarding a 2b would be on very shaky ground indeed.
