Would anyone be prepared to have a look at a letter I am writing to my sons school please. I am complaining but I would like it to be a bit more constructive than ranty! At the moment it is just a stream of things I was thinking so not sure about the structure- I will send by E-mail or PM, would rather not post on here, thanks.

Happy to look as well if you still need anyone Smile

LawrieMarlow · 03/09/2011 18:15

I am also happy to look if you'd like any more opinions.

K999 · 03/09/2011 18:15

Happy to look as I complained about the same thing!!

Littlefish · 03/09/2011 18:18

I have recently complained to the governors of dd's school about the governors themselves and the way that they communicate matters of importance! PM it over to me if you want any more opinions. Grin

GloriaVanderbilt · 03/09/2011 18:45

Littlefish, it wasn't about uniform was it? !

Eglu · 03/09/2011 18:47

We just complained to our HT about late communication. It turned out she was not aware how short notice some letters were going out and has agreed to address it.

Beachedbabe · 03/09/2011 19:28

Thank you all! Have PM'd you- i realsie it's a bit tricky to judge properly as you won't know the back story but can fill in blanks if need be and hopefully you can get the jist!

Just to clarify- The room in question is part of the nursery- the nursery building is in 3 parts separated by folding doors, the room to be used is one of these, entered through nursery cloakroom at back and nursery playground at front. I didn't to put too many details on here as sitution is quite easily identifiable!

I have to go out for a while but will be back- thank you!

It does sound inappropriate for yr1 children.
i've pM'd you back anyway, HTH Smile

Beachedbabe · 03/09/2011 20:44

Thank you Gloria and Happymummy, very much appreciated.

Gloria - No, not about uniform. But would rather not say on here as it's quite identifiable. Smile

GloriaVanderbilt · 04/09/2011 10:24

Sorry, I understand and sorry for asking.

Littlefish · 04/09/2011 10:39

Oh don't worry about asking! It's really very boring, but something that has really annoyed me, so I put in a formal complaint about the governors to force them to reply within a specific time frame.

GloriaVanderbilt · 04/09/2011 11:40

Oh well done. I only asked as I'd got another thread running at the time about a similar issue Smile
