4yo ds isn't much of a breakfast person. He rarely wants more than a drink and maybe a mouthful or two of cereal or bread. It's not been a problem until now, because he could always stoke up at midmorning snack. But he starts school in September, and a piece of fruit midmorning is not going to keep him going until lunch.
What am I going to do? I don't want to force him to eat if he hasn't any appetite.
